Managing Asbestos in Premises

If you have not done so already, you have very little time to identify any asbestos containing materials in your premises.
You must have done this by 21st May 2004 and have a management plan to deal with any asbestos that was found.
If you own, occupy, manage or have responsibilities for premises which may contain asbestos, you will either have:
- A legal duty to manage the risk from this material or
- A duty to corporate with whoever manages that risk
